Proof that Dentists are fun

When Absolute Dental of Kingsbridge asked me to do a commercial photo shoot for them I had images of cliche shiny white smiles and tools of torture. Fortunately the lovely people at Absolute Dental are more forward thinking than my antiquated thoughts of pliers and pain. Emma and the rest of the team are more into promoting the benefits and lifestyle choices that oral hygiene can offer.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of shooting Katie Bradley for my second time. For those that don’t know who Katie is.. She is an up and coming talent in British WTF style Taekwondo. At 14 she is already a British National Champion and has recently competed for her country in Tbilisi, Georgia. (more…)

Cover My Cast

Who says that work can’t be play?

Just before Christmas I was commissioned by Marion and Bob of Cover My Cast to shoot a series of lifestyle images, showing their cast covers in various situations. I had an initial meeting with Marion and Bob in one of my frequent coffee haunts in Plymouth, to discuss their requirements and whether my style of photography would suit their product. One of the first things I noticed about Marion and Bob was their enthusiasm for their work which I have to say is highly contagious. (more…)
