There are some things in photography that are almost guaranteed..
1) You’ll always want more gear than you have..
2) No matter how good you get, you’ll never be good enough for your inner critic
3) Someone, somewhere will put the idea in your head that you should shoot weddings. (more…)
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of shooting Katie Bradley for my second time. For those that don’t know who Katie is.. She is an up and coming talent in British WTF style Taekwondo. At 14 she is already a British National Champion and has recently competed for her country in Tbilisi, Georgia. (more…)
Kingsbridge Fair is in full flow this year. Last night there was the traditional lantern parade followed by a fireworks display at the end of the creek. Juliette & I decided to join a few friends down by the water and experience it for ourselves.
Today’s blog is just a quick image, I took while assisting Claire Sloane at one of her recent wedding shoots. I’ll soon be posting a blog about my experiences of being a second shooter.

It is not every day that Royalty descends upon the South Hams, so when Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall came visiting Salcombe, I just had to pop along with my camera. As it happened I needed to be in Salcombe for 7:30am anyway, so I beat the rush, found myself a nice free parking space and settled in to wait at Captain Morgan’s cafe in the centre of Salcombe. Sneak peak
Today, I offer a little peak into something in the near future… I’m planning something of an adventurous story telling photoshoot. It is still very much in my head at the moment but the theme will be based around a masked ball. I’m pretty excited about this idea and looking for volunteers at some point. if you are interested, be sure to let me know.
